100 pushups: February 5, 2010

This is a tough workout no matter what. I can’t seem to get all the reps in the last set. I wonder if I am supposed to be going to a lower week or just get to something that I can finish. I am feeling that I am getting stronger though. I think I will probably have to repeat Week 3. Even though this week is technically my week 3 I should be doing Week 3 I guess. I probably should be posting some videos along with them to see where I am and to show the peeps out there my progress.

Team in Training seems promising. I need to get on my letters and to create those and to also mail some of them out.
