100 pushups: Week 1 Day 2

I did another day of 100 pushups. I continued with the Week 3 day 1 numbers to keep me up there. I did a little bit more this time though. The sets were as follows: 14, 18, 14, 14, 20. I was only able to do 14, 18, 14, 14, 10. It was a little bit more this time but I felt sore throughout the whole thing. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be but still tough nonetheless.

I feel that I am strong but its hard to tell if I am getting stronger. I haven’t done any pushups in a long time so it is hard to say where my strength is at the moment.

I am going to sign up for the rock n roll half marathon. My two brothers are doing it and I think it is a good thing we are doing this together as a group. I want to help them out as much as possible. Especially my older brother who doesn’t run at all. I think he needs some help to get him through it since it is his first!

I want to recruit some other friends that may want to complete their own first half marathon or run. I have a friend that might want to do it and so I want to help him out also.
