100 pushups Week 1 Day 3, Week 2 Day 1 and stuff

This is a tough workout. I do believe that I am getting stronger but not like the reps are on the workout. Maybe its just me. The instructions do say that you repeat till you can get to the reps that are shown on the workouts. I will continue to do them but will see how they play out.

I went to my first meeting with the new Team and we talked about a lot of things regarding bikes and other things. I was supposed to go to my first spin class today but my car is acting up. I wanted to go but couldn’t make it. Maybe later this week or next.

I just found out that I couldn’t make the Rock N Roll half marathon. It is the same day as my century bike ride. I wanted to run with my brother. We did a training run together this past Saturday that went really well.
