Running time

Hi all,

I just wanted to invite anyone to run with me. I am training for my next Half Marathon in April. I plan to run every Saturday if you want to join along. Just finished running yesterday and will continue to run at least 2-3 times a week. Changing to Sundays instead of Saturday.



Anberlin, Bayside, Meg & Dia

So I went to house of bluse in san diego to watch one of my favorite bands Anberlin. At first Meg & Dia played. They were fantastic. They are two sisters and I didn’t know which one was which but after I found out which one was which. Meg is the lead singer but she doesn’t seem to nice because when she was signing autographs she didn’t seem to care about the autographs and who she was signing the autographs for. Dia on the other hand was nice and was talking and paying attention to everyone, plus shes also cuter that Meg I think. Bayside was awesome the first time I saw them. I have listened to their music for about 2 years and never saw them. They are a powerful rock group with the talent to accompany them. I want to learn some of their acoustic stuff on guitar but since I’m a beginner I still have to learn the ropes before attempting to. The main group Anberlin, was much more than I expected. The show started off a little loud but hey they got great music to dance to and thats what I did. You will see all different walks of life in that pit. Some people get hurt and others just have fun. You just have to watch yourself when you are down there. Its hot and fun. Try it some time.



Trial Day 1

So I tried P90x yesterday not for the first time but just one of the videos for the first time. It was the chest and back video. Wow, what a workout, I have never felt so dizzy and nauseated for a while. It was tough and the instructor, Tony, is a great guy who helps to keep your motivation up while doing the workouts. He also explains to go at your own pace which is good and this is something you should do. I don’t think anyone their first time will be able to keep up with the people on the video. So I feel really sore and that is good, I guess. Makes me feel like I really did something in the workout. Hopefully I can keep this only blog for as I go day to day with the workouts and diet.
