P90X Day 53

Well Today is a good day. I did Cardio X yesterday morning and this morning. I did Kempo X yesterday after work. Things are moving along. I can’t wait to get to Phase 3.



P90X Day 51

Well, Today is Recovery Week of Phase 2. I think that is what I am doing. I probably wont be able to do anything really because of travel for work. I did run 12 km on sunday and walked about the same distance. 12 km is close to 7.46 miles if you didn’t know. As for the diet, it was horrible. I didn’t really eat too well. I did a lot of drinking also. I have to get back on track for Phase 3. This is my time to shine. No excuses.

Today is Day 47. I did Yoga X yesterday and I rocked it. I felt I did the best I have ever did with the Yoga.

Well…where do I begin. I did the Plyometrics for the first time with my brother. He said he never did the workout. I asked him what he thought as we were going through the video. It didn’t look like it was very easy for him. I tried to step it up a little. My heart was racing most of the time. I checked my heart rate and it was between 160-170 bps. I did the whole workout. I felt good after and did the best that I could. I think I had to take a break in between because I was cramping up halfway and could not catch my breath. Today is going to be Back and Biceps and Ab Ripper.



P90X Day 43

Well Today is Week 3 of Phase 2. I feel like I haven’t been doing the workouts to the fullest. :( . I had an off weekend because of all the activities I was doing. Hopefully this week I can bring it! Sunday I was able to do X Stretch and I did some cardio that night at the gym. I did some stationary bike and also some running. My leg felt alright since running the half marathon. I think I still need to stretch out the ITB on the roller before and after. Today is Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I am going to bring it today. I might change to doing Cardio on Tuesday and Thursday but I will see. I couldn’t get myself up this morning. Maybe I just need a change instead of doing Cardio X. I feel like half is just stretching and half is cardio. Its only 45 minutes though. Its only hard the last 20 minutes. I’ll keep everybody posted.



P90X Day 40

Well, the last couple of days have been ok. I am starting to lose some motivation. I don’t know why. I was able to do the Back and Biceps. I tried to do the back workouts with the bands. It seemed maybe my form wasn’t that great. I am going to do the back workouts on the pull up bar today. Yoga X was good. I tried to do downward dog better and do the stretching more. I think it gets easier as time goes by. I wasn’t able to do Cardio X this morning. I was kinda tired from waking up early and setting my alarm incorrectly.

Well I finished Plyometrics yesterday. It was tough. It has been getting hot because summer seems like it is rolling in now. I did Cardio X this morning. I started taking Lipo 6 for more fat burning. It seems to make my heart rate go up faster than I can imagine. I had to take more breaks yesterday from Plyo. I will finish up today with Back and Biceps. I hope I can keep up. I asjusted my diet to add more protein and less carbs. I need to lose my belly fat and thats the only way I can see it going away plus adding the Cardio X three times a week in the morning will help also.
