P90X Day 86

We are coming down to the home stretch. I did Core Synergistics. Wow what a workout. I couldn’t keep up. Some of those moves really work out the core, especially the lower abs and lower back. I was sweating a whole lot. 4 days to go and I’m home free. I will post pics and results on Sunday when I get to them.



P90X Day 95

Well I did have a good weekend. Yoga X today. I feel great for this is the last week. Hopefully I can get through this week with no problems. I might have to start a modified P90X when I start round 2. I will be training for the last two half marathons for the year. I want to have an injury free run.



P90X Day 81

Well there is 9 days left. I did a great job this week so far. I don’t know, I feel like the workouts aren’t as good as they were the during the first and second phase. I did do the Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps workout and Ab Ripper X on monday. Tuesday I didn’t do Plyometrics, but I went to the gym and did some rowing, stairs and eliptical and finally for Wednesday I did Back and Biceps then Ab Ripper late at night. I am feeling my great this week. 9 Days left and I am doing great!!!



P90X Day 78

Here is Monday. I didn’t have a good diet weekend. I went out for a couple celebrations and I ate and drank. I did do the workout on Saturday. Sunday was a rest day. I have two more weeks. I shouldn’t have any excuses and will do my best to keep my diet and workout to the best I can do. Wish me luck as I try to complete these last two weeks.

How is everybody doing? So far I am doing well. Yoga X was ok. I did Cardio X this morning. I am looking forward to next 15 days and can’t wait to see the results. My only concern for the next 90 days will be to lose the belly fat around my waist. I need for it to go away. Only in time…..

Well, what a week it has been. I really pushed myself on monday for Chest and Back. My Chest is still sore from the workout. I did Cardio X this morning. Also yesterday, the Plyometrics seemed a little tough. I made the Whole Wheat waffle recipe. Man is it good. I got it from Beach Body message board. Looking forward to Shoulders and Arms.

Well, it is coming down the last couple of weeks here. I am extremely proud of the results that I have achieved. My ultimate goal still lies ahead. I did Cardio X this morning. On my way to a 300 body!!!
