P90X Day 67

Well, this week has been good. I think I have been bringing it. I did the workout on Monday and didn’t do the Tuesday workout. Wednesday’s workout Back and Biceps was kickass. Today I’m doing yoga. I want to see some abs on my stomach. It’s getting smaller, but I think I will not get the six pack by the end of the 90 days. I will work hard to get them for the next set of P90X. Time will only tell.



P90X Day 64

Well, what can I say. I just did the Rock and Roll Marathon yesterday here in San Diego. I decided a long time ago that I wasn’t going to do it. I decided Saturday that I was going to. I am glad that I did. My leg is sore and I think my injury was kept to a minimum. I am looking forward to the next 4 weeks for P90x. I am on Phase 3 week 2.



P90X Day 62

Well I just took pictures this morning after my Ab Ripper X this morning. I did the Legs and Back last night, but since I haven’t worked out so well in a long time it really burned me. There are 4 more weeks left. I need to bring it to get to my goal for the 300 body. P90X Day 61

Well I have to take my pictures for Day 60. I am out of town and haven’t been able to eat as well and work out as well as I should. I was able to do 3/4 of the monday Chest and Back workout and I did the wednesday Shoulders and Arms workout in my hotel room. I have been really eating subway sandwhiches. I need to bring it when I get back home. I will take pictures tomorrow morning and see what I look like compared to my Day 30 results. I think the competition at work is coming really close. I think I might have an advantage. I don’t think everyone is serious at this 60 Day mark as they were in the first 30 Days. I’ve got a new goal for this year. 300 body by Halloween. I plan to be a 300 warrior for that day. Wish me luck…..
