Well Legs and Back and the rest of the week have been alright. I need to stay on top of the workouts and the diet. I need to bring it.
So this wasn’t a good weekend. I did the Ab Ripper X on friday. No workout on friday, saturday or sunday. Eating was sub par and I think I need to bring it. I looked at my whole schedule this 90 days. If I am going to get to the goal I want, I am going to have to stay disciplined. I have to change my priorities and stick to them. I have a new outlook for this week. I have to take it day by day. I started my morning multivitamin supplements and will try to stay on track. There shouldn’t be any more excuses!!!
Well Today is YogaX. One of my favorite workouts. It’s just too long I guess. I did the Shoulders and Arms workout yesterday. I did my best and tried to go heavy 8-10 reps for most of the exercises. Looking forward to the weekend and the rest of the month. I think my eating is ok, not the best as far as I can tell. I think my metabolism is better so I think I am not doing so bad. I am trying to bulk up a little bit more. Maybe I’ll decide to do lean in Phase 2 to cut down if I see the results are not where I want to be.
Well I just started my new round of P90X. The workout was good and bad. I did my best. I had to take extra breaks towards the end to catch my breath. I decided to start doing the workouts during the evening to avoid the summer heat. Chest and Back was great and I feel sore from it. I did the Ab Ripper X in the morning and felt the soreness during my workout. Feel free to check out the blog as I update my routine…
I have finished my first 90 Days. Wow I did the weigh in yesterday. My results were unbelievable. I weighed in at 164 pounds and started at 185. My body fat went down to 13.5% and I started at 18.8%. I am taking a break this week and will be starting again next week. I love this workout it has changed me forever!
