So I am working today. Wow. I should be shopping with all the masses. I did go out this morning and found a great deal on a suit that I have been looking for. I need to get on my bike this weekend. Its been a week since I have rode it. I am looking for any riding partners that I can ride with but I am limited to my area at work. I might end up doing some more shopping or whatever. Well I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. It is always fun to be with family. Take care.

Well I finished a workout last night. I felt that it was good even though I did it so late. I figure that I am going to do yoga today. I haven’t dont it in like a month. I haven’t ran at all also. You can see on the side by my nike plus statistics. I saw a great movie last night, Juno. It is an independent film but I loved it a lot. There are things that independent movies offer compared to the big blockbuster ones, they really imitate life in general. It makes things seem a little more realistic when you watch these. Nobody is perfect. As for other things, I will try to post more things besides the P90X stuff. I think I need to add more personal thoughts or even life experiences than just a daily workout blog. What do you think?

Hey, well I just came back from Vegas last night. What a weekend. Anyhow, I didn’t do any workouts in Vegas. Today I have to get back on the horse and do them. I feel so tired right now with only 5 hours of sleep. I will see when I get home what I will be doing. I might end up taking a nap and do the workouts later rather than earlier.
