Training update
7 02 2008Well its been a while since I have updated this. Anyhow, I did a long bike and run on saturday. I rode for 25 miles and ran 5. My time was in the 2.5 hour range. I am happy with that. Monday I didn’t do much but lift weights and also with Tuesday. I did run on Wednesday for 6 miles. I will be going back to swimming once I get back from the Philippines.
