Abs

I hate doing Abs. What is it that makes me hate it more than any other body part. I guess because abs give me the most grief when doing them. They burn, they get sore and they are the last thing that anybody sees anyways. I did Ab Ripper X this morning and hated it. But I guess you learn to love it as you get better at it. I hate doing abs at the end of a workout also because I am already tired. I prefer to do it in the morning like I did this time. I am going to try to work at it. It almost felt like the first time doing the exercises again since I skip it so much. Hopefully I can keep doing them 3 times a week…
