So today is day 27. I did some yogax. I didn’t put my whole heart into it today. I decided to go to Curry House in San Diego and get some $5 curry. I also went to get some yogurt. Tomorrow is xstretch or nothing. I am planning to watch a movie and stuff, but I hate straying off the workouts. Then thursday is going to be a new phase. Phase 2 will be good because I am looking forward to doing it.
I love the beginning of the new phases because it introduces new workouts and also a different diet. I am seeing progress but haven’t weighed myself in a couple of weeks. I hope my 30 day results will be good. I am feeling good. I hope to start running also during the start of Phase 2. Maybe it will be my doubles workout since I am training for the La Jolla half marathon. Until next time.
