Back into running

I did a short run this morning, it felt a little weird. I almost felt brand new but still went for the run. I ran for about half an hour and covered 2.3 miles or so. I wanted to go longer but thought if I did that I would be sore. I will continue tomorrow and try to run 3 times a week during the morning to train a little better for my next half marathon.

On other terms, P90X is doing well. I measure my bodyfat yesterday and it was in between 15.6 and 15.9%. I feel that this time around has been tougher to lose the body fat since I have been doing p90X. I should start looking at the P90X+. That will be another discussion. Until next time.
