Calisthenics, Day 7 of Colon cleanse and Insanity

Submitted by on July 8, 2009 – 9:19 am11 Comments

Yesterday I ran with the SDTC again and had my brother and AG join in on the fun. We did some calisthenics which made it tough. I think we were supposed to do 10 sets but I ended up with 9. It consisted of running a 1/4 mile then doing 25 jumping jacks, pushups or situps. Then after that we did 10 strides. Overall after all that was done, I felt exhausted. My brother and AG were super tired but I think they like it because they said it was tough. They also said it was tougher than Insanity. I don’t believe that at all.

I am on day 7 of my colon cleanse and it has been good. I have felt some weird stomach aches but nothing like having to run to the bathroom. I have had to maybe go like 2 times a day but it seems normal. The only thing is that it smells so bad, but I feel it is getting better. The drink itself that I have been taking doesn’t taste so good and it doesn’t mix well in water at all. Only 8 more days of the drink then I can just take the pills and the probiotics. I haven’t weighed myself either. I probably should have in the beginning.

Some good news is that Insanity is going to be available tomorrow for order. If anybody wants to order it let me know. I can get a good discount. I hear that it might be free express shipping. I will find out tomorrow!

Colon cleansing is absolutely necessary since we have high incidence of Colon Cancer these days. This is due to a reduced consumption of natural fibers which helps flush out toxins and other waste materials
