P90X Day 80

I did Back and Biceps today. I tried to do my best and I upped the weights a little on each one. I feel that my progress is getting better in my strength. I want to lean up though and get more cut. I have to be strict and get on the diet a little better. It sucks how people want to hang out and go and drink and eat and do things. I feel I am at a loss. At least I did the workouts and not sit on my ass all day. Feel free to comment back and give me and tips and I hope you guys try to do your best.



Day 75

Hey I did a run with my brother this morning around 8am. We ran 8 miles together. He didn’t think he could finish. At mile 5 he said that he wasn’t able to finish because it was so warm. He wore a long sleeve while I wore a cut off. I think he should have dressed a little bit better. And I thought he would have got a drink from the car to help him finish. I though I was doing fine following him. I was a little distracted though since I was listening to a book rather than the running music I usually listen to.



Day 73

My progress on P90x has been ok. I have noticed that my size is getting a little bigger. Diet hasn’t been the greatest but I am still trying to watch my portions. There have been some weekends that I have been not doing as good as I should. I need to get back on doing the abs. I feel like I am at a slump. Work has been ok, it has been busy and a little stressful. I have been doing doubles for the last 3 weeks though. I have been waking up everyday Monday thru Friday at 5:45 am. Either for work or to do a workout. I have been doing the P90X+ Kenpo Cardio plus and the Interval X+. Those are kick ass workouts but I should stop complaining and start getting into the shape to get to my goal of the 10% body fat and/or six pack. Running has been ok as well. I have been running with my brother as he is trying to do his first half marathon in January.



P90X Day 46

29 miles
Well I just finished my 29 mile run yesterday on my birthday.

That was tough. I don’t know if I will do that again, but I did say that about doing my half marathons and I think they are a lot easier than when I did it for the first time. Time to get back on the track with the P90X stuff.



P90X Day 43

Well I just skipped on my regular routine yesterday so that I could do Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I didn’t do Yoga on friday, I did run 15 miles on Saturday and I tried Kenpo Cardio Plus which was a good change of pace. It was a tough video and it took me a while to get a hang of some of the moves. I am still planning on running on thursday for my birthday. Today I think I will do XStretch and Ab Ripper X. Progress is going ok I think. I look at myself in the mirror every morning and see some differences. Only time will tell. Day 45 in two days and I will take some more photos then.



P90X Day 37

Well, its Day 37. I think things are going well. My fat loss isn’t so great but I can see improvements in my look in the mirror. I ran 24 crazy miles last Saturday and I have 15 this weekend while also doing 29 on my birthday. I did Chest, Shoulders and Triceps and it was killer. I just keep pushing play. Diet is good but could be better if I wanted.



Day 29 P90X

Well,

What a week it has been. I am on Day 29 starting Phase 2 today. Chest, Shoulders and  Triceps. I am looking forward to it. I didn’t have a great weekend of eating though. I went to two weedings on Saturday and one of the Receptions. I did run 10 miles that morning though. My foot is bothering me and I am not sure what is wrong with it. It hurts at the middle top part of my foot. It is feeling better today, but on Sunday it was the worst. I don’t know if I can run or if I should run this Saturday. I am supposed to do 23-25 miles. I am not sure what to do. I have about 17 days until 29 miles. I think I will do 25 miles this Saturday then do 15 next Saturday and then on my birthday the 29 miles.
