3 Days have passed through my colon cleanse and nothing crazy has been happening. The last 3 days have been normal and the first day I only experienced one long stool. I felt some weird cramping on Day 2 and I thought I had to go but didn’t and it just turned out to be just some gas that came out. My friend says that within the week I should see the weird looking alien stool that is shown on those websites but I feel fine and haven’t had anything weird happen. We will see as it goes on.
