I have had a good colon cleanse before. I think it is important because a lot of stuff gets stuck in there. I bought mine from Wholefoods, but i wanted to get it down properly at a specialist.

Thanks to the article. How to lose inner thigh fat? Don\'t you just hate that stubborn fat! I assume you\'re a woman. The only way to get rid of that stubborn fat is to get your total body fat % down to at least 18%.

With running and P90x, you have to replace some of the cardio like plyometrics and kenpo x for running. You really can't stop your run training, but the off days you can do p90x in between. You can buy p90x from wherever but be careful because they could be bad copies and not work. Just think that the real copy will be there forever. It is an investment you know you will keep forever. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi Mark, I started following your youtube videos to check out p90x, and I have been trying to follow your workouts as a tryout before I bite the bullet and purchase it. A few questions, I also see from your other posts and such that you are also a runner. I am too, and I am wondering how you fit running into your p90x training, if you did. We seem about the same running ability, I currently run 5-6 miles a few times during the week and a longer 8 mi on the weekends. I also do other weight training during the week but want to step it up, that’s why I’m looking at p90x. I have run 5ks, a couple half marathons, and I am still training for some other long distance runs this summer. I don’t want to stop my running training, but I do want to start p90x, any comments or ideas?
Also, did you purchase p90x from the compaany? There are other enticing offers out there from other companies selling p90x for a lot less $, but I’m worried about wasting my money on garbage.
Thanks a lot!

Hey thanks for your post, I have been looking at some 10-Minute Trainer Reviews to find if this system could be good for me. You mentioned some things about the program that I hadn't considered yet, so that was helpful
