Cycling and updates

I am going to go cycling today. Wow I can’t believe it has been a really long time since I have gone cycling. I have been on it here and there but nothing too serious. I am kinda giddy about it. Hopefully I will be doing 15 miles. Just 3 laps. Shouldn’t take more than an hour to complete. I know my bum isn’t going to enjoy it.

I am stuck on my compter again. I was setting it up in our living room and now I have problems with everything. The Mac OSX isn’t coming up and neither is windows. I can’t find my vista disk to repair the motherboard and all other things that are happening.

Yesterday was a tough run. I ran about 6.5 miles and was having trouble towards the end. It was about 75 out and the first 1.5 miles were doing good. I was doing some tempo training. I started off with a 1 mile warm up then did .5 mileat a 8 min/mile pace then jog for a .5 mile then repeat. I then jogged for 1 mile and then repeated again twice and finished the last mile strong. I was suffering around mile 5-5.5 and tried my best to finish the last mile. I think I averaged about 8:45 min/mile overall which is good for 6.5 miles.

Eating well is tough. I can’t really complain. I am happy where I am at and am doing well. I just need to fit in more recipes that are healthy. I have been working on a very mixed diet somewhat. I need to add more seafood I think though. I don’t that much seafood per week. I have been taking shakeology for the past month and love it. The only thing is trying to keep using it cuz it is expensive.
