Well its Day 39 and I feel great. I think that P90X changes you in a lot of ways. I feel sometimes that the workouts are just regular workouts. I did the Back and Biceps and I felt that it should be harder. I did up the weights on all the bicep parts. I didn’t on the back. I dread doing the back workouts sometimes because it takes a lot out on me. Yoga wasn’t that great yesterday. I didn’t feel to into it. I have Legs and Back today. I haven’t done Ab Ripper in a while also. I am going to try my best today doing that.
The weekend was good. I went snowboarding on Saturday but my left calf kept on getting tight and it bothered me the whole day. I wish I got more runs in but overall I had fun.
I also watched some movies on Sunday. I watched two of the french driving action movies Taxi 2 and 3. I also watched Changeling on Saturday. Good movie, kinda sucks though because it was a true story.
