Feb 23, 2010: Spin Class

Submitted by on February 24, 2010 – 10:37 amOne Comment

Another day at spin class. I thought it was going to be a good day with a good workout. It seemed just the same as thursday workouts to me. We started and got into it and finished with the warm up when somebody to my left fell off their trainer and bike. Everybody just stopped and kinda watched while the coaches helped him. He was bleeding from behind his hear. He may have hit the next persons bike on the way down. I don’t know what he did to fall off. I think he seemed alright because he was able to get up and walk around.

My butt seems to hurt the most at the beginning and when I get home from the workouts. I don’t know how long this will take to get used to. I feel that I might be riding too much to not get used to it. I am wondering if I need to just rest more between rides. What do you guys think? Any tips.
