Hiking

Submitted by on July 2, 2009 – 11:13 amNo Comment

So I decided to go on a hike yesterday with both of my brothers. We decided to go to a new place that I haven’t been to in a long time. We decided on Lake Hodges. I never knew how big this lake really was. I wanted to go further but we didn’t have enough time plus my brother isn’t too active and I thought that it would kill him.

This hike is a simple hike compared to the Cowles Mountain trail, Iron Mountain and Mount Woodson. I think the next one might be the La Jolla Torrey Pines trail.

The walk is somewhat scenic of the lake and all the different plant life. There is a small creek about 1 mile into the walk after crossing the bike and pedestrian bridge. Mostly flat walk with some hills. There are not too many rocks but there will be some mountain bikers along the way.

Here is the workout on garmin.
I guess I am onto new things lately instead of the regular workouts at home.
