Insane

So I just go the new Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit DVD
with my subscription to One on One with Tony Horton. I previewed it yesterday and I will be attempting this workout later today. I have two others that are going to attempt it along with myself. I want to get this on video and post on my youtube page. I know this is going to be a killer workout. It starts off really intense and gets insane. It is only about 40-45 minutes long but looks like a tough one. I noticed that some of the people on the video had to take breaks because the workout is high intensity. Wish me luck.
This is the program that I got from another site:

•Dig Deep/Fit Test
•Plyometric Cardio Circuit
•Cardio Power & Resistance
•Cardio Recovery/Max Recovery
•Pure Cardio/Cardio Abs
•Cardio Abs
•Core Cardio & Balance
•Max Interval Circuit
•Max Interval Plyometrics
•Max Cardio Conditioning/Cardio Abs

So? Any news on how good was that preview workout of insanity?

You know we don’t like all this suspense. Was it good or not? Is it a complete workout in that it has enough strength training in it, so it could theoretically replace P90x, or it is just pure cardio and I’ve got to schedule some of my own time for strength training?

What are the benefits of Insanity compared to P90x and Chalean?

Talk to us, you know blogging is an interactive process, not like writing a diary which never gets impatient and demands more information. We want details, we want perspective, we want to even know how to build a great hybrid non-boring effective program using videos from Chalean, P90X+, Insanity, and one-on-one with Tony Horton!

    Cheers

  • Hi there, I found your blog via Google while searching for first aid for a heart attack and your post looks very interesting for me.
