Insanity Day 13 Cardio Abs

Submitted by on July 29, 2009 – 9:59 amNo Comment

Cardio Abs is a great ab and core workout. I burned 125 calories. I think I can feel the burn in the abs but not as tough as ab ripper x. I think the warm up is good and then gets to the real core stuff. It was a lot of hold moves. I tend to not like doing situps myself and prefer this. I weighed in today and have lost 5 pounds in two week. I think I am eating more also which I like and love this program so far. It is tough and makes me appreciated the p90x program because you really have to push yourself here.
