Insanity Day 16 Plyometric Cardio Circuit
I was sore this morning doing this workout. I burned 527 calories. My achilles tendon was bothering me. I felt really sore but the warm up helped a little. I think the stretch did also. I think I could have pushed a little bit more on this one if I felt 100%, but I didn’t. I was able to get through it. I still had to take breaks. I just hate having to catch my breath since I am breathing so hard and the sweat getting in my eyes even though I have a headband. I think I am the exception to the halo headband. They don’t work 100%. They really only work if you are standing up.
