 Insanity Day 18 Cardio Recovery

Cardio Recover is still a tough workout. I burned 512 calories. I do like the stretching and some of the work that is done during this workout. My only struggle is still with the squat holds and lunge holds. Man those are killer. The core work at the end is tough also. The workouts are getting easier as I do them more often. There is another week and a half then recovery week. Its weird though that the recover week is one workout that is repeated 6 times.
