heart6 Insanity Day 19 Cardio Power and Resistance

Day 19 finished. I burned 512 calories. Wow I am almost 1/3 of the way through this workout. I am feeling great and digging deep for this workout. The last set of drills are the toughest. From the jumping to the squat kicks to the pushups and the plank run. I still love the workout and can’t wait to see my final results. I think the diet is going well. I am not eating 100% the best but I am eating in portions and having protein throughout the day. I am choosing whole wheat and getting lean meats as well. I will have a cheat meal here and there but I am watching the portions making sure that I don’t go overboard. I am feeling like this is the program for me and I don’t have to be so food conscience like I was with p90x.
