Insanity Day 20 Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Wow, looks like I am officially 1/3 through the Insanity workout. I burned 522 calories. Well the actual calendar goes for 63 days. I did my best so far with this workout today. I did take half a scoop of NOXplode this morning to help me wake up. I think it also made the workout a little more tough. I was able to get through the warm up pretty easily. I still have to take water breaks every now and then. I like the stretching after the warm up. My left leg feels tight when I do the left lunge move. I feel that my hip flexors are tight and so when I do it I feel some discomfort there. The lunge hip stretch feels great. Once the real workout starts I get a little nervous sometimes just not knowing if I will fail or if I will push harder.
So the workout starts and I get into it with the level 1 drills. I love them and they are easier each time I attempt them. I feel like I don’t want to push like crazy early because I want to be able to maintain throughout the whole thing. I notice that I can keep up with the speed that the video goes and how the people are going so I like that. I just don’t know if I should go crazy and try to push to the max or should I maintain the speed that the people are doing. So I just followed that throughout the workouts.
