Wow, its already 1/3 of the way through. I burned 474 calories. Week 4 Day 1 has passed. I am looking forward to next week with recovery and also to get into the new workouts in week 6. My pet peeve is that when I get into the workouts and I am doing well, I start to sweat and then the floor gets slippery and I start slipping around which is annoying. Also I do sweat easily and within the warm up time I am already dripping from my face. So when the stretching happens it bothers me when the sweat is in my eyes. So I’m currently looking for other alternatives to halo headband.
