This was a good workout. I still always forget what this workout is all about. I was able to get through most of the workout. I didn’t burn as much calories I think but I still think I am digging deep and pushing through the workouts as much as possible. I hate the sweating and how its all over the floor and on my hands and bothers some of the moves that I do on this workout. Overall still a tough one with the jumping and the and squat moves.
