Insanity Day 25 Cardio Recovery
Cardio Recovery, its a great recovery and still tough workout. I burned 181 calories. I can’t say that I can do 100% of all the workout. The squat moves burn along with the lunge moves but I feel that I am able to get through a little bit more each time that I do them. The stretching is tough also but I love that. I do miss yoga sometimes but I feel that the stretching that is done through this workout is good enough. The insanity workouts themselves have great stretching in each video. The do focus on the legs most of the time which is really good. I like how they make these workouts something that you learn to love and how they are tough enough to hate at the same time.
