Pure cardio is still a tough workout. I don’t know for you guys but now I try to maintain the workout throughout rather than pushing like crazy from any point to failure. What do you guys think? The 15 minutes of straight working out is tough but I think I can hang in there pretty good. I hate watching the time meter it always distracts me from what I really need to do. I do notice that my heart rate is a lot lower than it used to be which is good. So it means i can push harder longer without having to feel as fatigued.
