Insanity Day 29 Core Cardio and Balance
Today is Day 1 of Week 5. I burned 369 calories. Core Cardio and Balance. I like this workout. It is not too hard but it allows me to work on recovery and also work on the core. The workout overall will raise your heart rate but you wont be so breathless throughout the workout. There are some good burn moves towards the end because of the core and leg burns. The squat and shoulder move at the end is really good also. I burned about 370 calories which was not so bad but I will continue to follow this for the next 5 days.
