Insanity Day 30 Core Cardio and Balance

Day 30 finished up. Core Cardio and Balance. I love this workout. It is tough somewhat only at the end. Its crazy how I did this less than 12 hours before today. But I feel it isn’t too hard on the body so I was glad that I could do it today. The only tough parts are during the lower core and upper thigh workouts and the squat and shoulder burn workout. Other than those two I can stick with it.
