Insanity Day 34 Core Cardio and Balance
Wow its about to start up again here for the Insanity workouts. Recovery week is just about over and I have a rest day tomorrow. I tried my best to accomplish most of the workout. I would say that I can get 100% through the workout till the jumps and then into the knee, thigh and lower core moves. Those burn a lot. I enjoy them because you really feel the workout. The last part is tough with the plie and shoulder workout but I was able to get the farthest today than any of the previous 5 days.
I haven’t run since Sunday. I burned 327 calories. I feel like a lazy bum for not. I have a 14.5 mile run this weekend to keep me on pace for my 30 mile run. I am looking at some options to run to work. I don’t know if I can do it because of having to run with a backpack. I will try this week to see if I can do it. Anybody know of any good running backpacks?
