Insanity Day 36 Fit Test
I started off with a little warm up from the plyometric cardio circuit workout. I burned 339 calories. I then took another minute to stretch a little then started the workout. I didn’t do it to the video this time and felt that it was better to. I was tired throughout all the moves except maybe the first one. Here are my results below. Definite improvement overall.
