Insanity Day 37 Max Interval Plyo

Max Interval Plyo is another tough workout. It last about 55 minutes long but I don’t know if it was me but I felt tired doing this one. I didn’t give it my all. I was sore from the previous day and I was tired. I only had 8 hours of rest from the last workout. That isn’t long enough. I was still able to burn about 563 calories. There were different moves in this video compared to yesterday. Lots of jumping and lots of core and pushups. The pushup moves at the end had me breathing hard and trying to keep up. I didn’t have the strength at the end to do the power push up move and the level 3 pushup drills. There were more power moves overall in this video compared to yesterday and some of the moves were really technical like the side pushups. I felt some pain doing the side to side globe jumps on my left knee. I just need to be careful and not go too hard. My calves are really sore still.

I have to do a long run this weekend 14.5 miles. I don’t care how long it takes me. I wont be pushing an 8 minute pace though. Something along the lines of 9-9:30 min/mile pace. I need to keep strong and injury free for my 30 on 30 run!!
