Insanity Day 38 Max Cardio Conditioning
This is a tough one. I burned 539 calories. Not as tough as the Max Interval Plyo and Max Interval Circuit. There are a lot of moves in this video not as many breaks but it keeps you moving throughout. I felt that I didn’t push as hard as I would have liked to. It was extremely hot when I worked out. 2 fans I was using to stay cool. I felt tired somewhat and sore. I havent felt this sore even in the beginning workouts. I felt tired but not sore. I glutes and back are the most sore. I think from all the punching and the squat moves that I have been doing.
I’m planning on running 14.5 miles tomorrow. Its gonna be tough. I hope it won’t be too hot though.
