Insanity Day 41 Max Interval Plyo

Wow I finished this workout this morning. I burned 596 calories.About 9 hours from the doing Day 40 Max Interval Circuit. I know these max workouts are tough. They are longer and make you think if can really dig deep during these 55-59 minute workouts. The other ones were only 47-42 minutes. That is 8 minutes longer. These demand more energy to stick with it. There is more leg work with the squats and more pushups and different core work. Some moves are not physically demanding but are more specific in the moves that they require more concentration and less speed. I do think the beginning of the video after the stretch is a little bit tough but gets easier at the end. You really have to dig deep to get through it. There is a lot of balance moves and strength moves combined.

I have noticed changes in my body and I am striving for more. I want to get to the last day and have a total body change!
