 Insanity Day 43 Max Cardio Conditioning

Day 43 Max Cardio Conditioning. I burned 595 calories. Today was tough. It was hot, I was tired from being up early for work and I had too large of a scoop of NO Xplode. I did think I pushed myself even though I felt my heart rate was going through the roof though. I burned about 600 calories and I felt that I should have been able to keep it up more. Tough overall but glad I got through the rough 47 minute workout. If it were Max interval workouts that I was doing today, I don’t know if I would have been able to stick it through the hour workout. I do prefer some of the moves in this one over the max interval workouts only because they arent so intense. 3 more weeks left, I can’t wait to see what happens…
