I really wasn’t up for this workout this morning. I was tired and got a call from work at 4am. It was hot and I felt like I didn’t sleep well. Anyhow I set my alarm for 5:45 am. I got up and hit the snooze for a couple times and got out of bed at 5:55 am. I took half a scoop of no xplode and then proceeded with the workout. I felt good through the warmup and stretch. When the real workout started I felt good through the first set of drills. Then the second and last ones didn’t go so well. I took several breaks throughout. I think I could have done better but it was alright I guess. I burned about 700 calories and go through it. I think I could have burned 50 more if I pushed it!
