Insanity Day 45 Max Interval Plyo
Max Interval Plyo today was tough. I burned 631 calories.I felt better and rested and had some energy for the first part of the workout. I loved it. I was going crazy with the power jumps. But I felt tired after it. I felt some muscle strain in my left hamstring and didn’t finish so hard during the warm up. I felt better after the stretching.
The first part of the initial workout is great with some jumping and lunging moves. I think after this initial one I get tired a little bit and take a break on the next set of workouts then at the end I push it a little bit more. The side pushps are tough along with the level 3 drills are tough also.
