Insanity Day 48 Core Cardio and Balance

I burned about 371 calories on this workout. I forgot how tough and easy this workout is. I remember the warm up being simple and then moves onto moves from the first 30 days. I miss them. Its funny how some of the moves become easier and at the time I thought they were killer and I wouldn’t have been able to finish. It is Day 48 here. I am stoked. I have 2 weeks to finish. I am going to dig deep here and bring it you name it whatever.

I still felt the burn on the leg lifts in my upper thighs. I did the best that I could. The last part I remembered was tough with the squat shoulder move. I got through most of it with only 1 rest inbetween. I like this workout because it is only 37 minutes also. Not too long and not too short. Well maybe short.
