So today was a little slow in my start of the workout. I felt tired coming into the workout. After the warmup I was able to get through it. I pushed through it though and got through the workout. I felt that I was sweating more than ever. It was all over the floor and I was slipping all over the place. Its good that I have my yoga mat there to protect me from slipping. I burned about 712 calories which I was proud of doing.
