This workout was tough. I didn’t feel like working out at this time last night. It was 10:15 and I wanted to sleep. I got through the workout burning 507 calories and felt tired at the end. I didn’t think I was digging deep enough. I know that having the proper rest and being able to push through it all would have helped but I wasn’t feeling it.
My knees were bothering me and I just wasn’t in the mood. I realize how much rest is needed everyday to get through this.
