Insanity Day 59 Max Interval Circuit

I am coming down the home stretch this week. I burned 672 calories. So far so good. Results are great. I could have gone more strict this week on the diet but with my life at the moment it has been tough to. Too many events which include birthdays, weddings and parties have kept me from sticking to my diet 100%. Although it has been tough I have kept my portions down which is what matters the most.

I tried to push a little more this time but I think I didn’t push early enough in the beginning to get to exactly or more than 700 calories burned. It was tough. This workout is the longest of all the videos. The warmup was good but I couldn’t do the last move which was some knee raise move. I forget the name. But other than that it was a matter of just keeping up with the folks on the video. The plank punches seem always tough. 4 more days left and then onto something new. I am probably going to go for a mixed P90X/Insanity workout but I haven’t decided.
