Insanity Day 6 Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Submitted by on July 21, 2009 – 11:12 pmNo Comment

heart1 Insanity Day 6 Plyometric Cardio CircuitWow what a day. Its Day 6 and I was able to keep up with the folks on the Insanity video. I loved it for most of the workout till the last two drill repeats. I hate the drills the most but I think they will get me the best results if I can push through them. I was able to burn more calories this time on the workout.

I guess it may have been really good. The workout seemed easier and I was able to average a higher bpm of 154.  I had a high of 192 but I don’t believe that at all. I do think I did a lot better and was able to push it a lot more than the first time. I am liking how I am feeling and wish for new success and great results. I burned about 543 calories, a little bit more than before.
