Insanity Day 62 Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs

This workout was brutal this morning. I burned 505 calories. My fan cut out on me and I didn’t have enough energy to pull it through. I always think that doing a workout first thing in the morning is tough after waking up in the morning because you don’t have any real energy to work off of. If it wasn’t so intense of a workout then yes but since Insanity demands a lot out of you then maybe having a breakfast is better.

So I have one more day which only includes my fit test. Then I have to take pictures and get measurements for my final results. The only is that I want to get great results on the fit test but I should do like I did it on the first day. Which meant to do it exactly how the video was. No extra breaks.

Mark, great blog on the insanity workout. I’ve just finished week one. What heart rate monitor did you use that allowed you to chart your heart rate of each workout. Thanks, all the best. Ben
