Insanity Fit Test thoughts

Submitted by on July 16, 2009 – 9:11 pmOne Comment

I just go the new Insanity workout today in the mail. I knew it was coming today and I wanted to start it as soon as possible. I previewed the Fit Test to see what the moves were. I am glad that I did. I like to know a little about what to expect so I watched it before going at it. It never seems so hard just watching it until you attempt to do it. I was a little nervous going into it because I knew how hard the Plyometric Cardio Circuit is. I burned 523 calories. Here are my results below. I would say the first 3 moves were easy then it got tough. I would say by the 4th move I was almost dying. At the last two I wanted to give up. I wish I had my heart rate monitor to show my heart rate. I almost felt like throwing up but I don’t like feeling that way. I would say I could have pumped out more reps in the last two moves but I was dying and had to catch my breath. I didn’t follow all the moves to the T but I did my best to keep the correct form and to push through it. Let me know what you think. I always like some criticism. It helps me to work harder.
