Legs and Back

Submitted by on December 6, 2008 – 4:54 pmNo Comment

Well I tried Legs and Back yesterday. I haven’t done this workout in a while so I thought I would take it really easy yesterday. I started pretty easy yesterday with most of the moves doing about 15 – 20 of the reps out of the total 25 there was. It almost felt like I was starting new on this workout. As the workout progressed though, I started to adjust a little bit to some of the moves and starting pumping out the reps more. The only thing I wish that was I had was a better workout sheet to write all the numbers down for the moves that you do. Maybe I will just go ahead and make on instead and post it sometime. I did start feeling like my calves were going to give out during the lunge move and then towards the end for the calf raises.

The back part of the workout did feel good. I didn’t use the chair to do the workouts but I did try to pump out better reps. I feel sometimes when I use the chair for the assisted pull ups that my reps for the real ones arent as high. Maybe I should still to try to do as much as possible then the very last couple at the end would allow me to finish on the assisted pull ups.
