one hundred pushups: Week 3 Day 1 repeat

Submitted by on February 10, 2010 – 9:38 amOne Comment

I managed to get this workout in yesterday. I did them pretty early in the evening and not wanting to beat the bush and wait till later that evening after dinner. I was supposed to also go to a Team in Training spin class that night but I didn’t eventually go because it was raining and I didn’t want to deal with a wet body and wet bike in the class. I know I should have gone. Maybe this Thursday will be better.

The workout was easier than I expected. I don’t know what will be for tomorrow though. The reps really do go up. I did rest a lot between sets so I don’t know if that might have helped also. I think it was over 120 seconds between sets. The last set was tough but I slowly got the last 10 in. I guess we will see what happens next time for tomorrow on the new workout. Hopefully it won’t be so tough and I can finish the last set.

  • Hi great website you made my friend. I attend a Personal Trainer in Sydney and I am always searching the web for great sources of information and resources or nutrition plans etc to pass on to my health instructor. He has a Personal Trainer sydney web page which you can look at and read and check out some of the fitness activities we do and things to see in Oz :) If your ever in Sydney Australia, you should stop and say hello to us we are close to the CBD. Cheers mate!
